Open Profile → Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is closed at once.
02Without the app
Email bageshwarbalajiprints@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Bageshwar Balaji Prints account”, from the email on your account or giving the mobile number on your account — or send the same request on WhatsApp to +91 91984 53644. We may call or write to you to confirm the request is yours, and we complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
03What is deleted
Everything that identifies you:
- your account and sign-in — name, email, mobile number and password;
- your profile photo, saved delivery addresses and wishlist;
- the design files and photos you uploaded for printing — if an order is still being printed, its files are deleted once it is delivered or cancelled;
- your chats and call history with the shop, including your Balaji Prints AI conversations;
- your phone's notification address.
04What is kept, and why
Only what the law requires:
- order records (items, amounts, dates, invoices) for as long as tax and accounting law requires — with your name and contact details removed;
- the consent record — the date and time at which you accepted our terms, which is legal proof that consent was given;
- backups made before the deletion, which are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
05Only want your designs deleted?
You do not have to close your account for that. Message us at bageshwarbalajiprints@gmail.com or +91 91984 53644 with your order number and we delete the design files for that order.
06This cannot be undone
Once your account is deleted it cannot be brought back. You are welcome to sign up again later as a new customer.
