02Two ways to order

- Products — ready clothing, footwear, cosmetics and gifts, at the price shown.
- Customise — an item we print with your design. You choose the item and its options, upload your logo, photo or artwork, add any instructions, and our team checks the design and confirms the price before anything is printed.
03Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it. Until then we may decline it — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, a design cannot be printed well, or we cannot deliver to your address. Anything already paid for a declined order is refunded in full.
04The price of a customised order
Where an item shows “Price confirmed after design check”, the price depends on the item, your design, the print side and the quantity. After you place the order our team checks your design and tells you the price — on your order, by email and in the app. Printing starts only after the price is confirmed. If you do not want to go ahead at that price, tell us and the order is cancelled without any charge.
05Your design, and your right to print it
By uploading a logo, photo, name or artwork you confirm that it is yours, or that you have the permission of whoever owns it to have it printed — including brand names and logos, characters, and photos of other people. You are responsible for that permission, and for any claim that arises if it is missing. We may refuse to print a design that we believe copies someone else's brand or work, or that is offensive, hateful or unlawful; if we refuse, the order is cancelled and anything paid is refunded.
06We print what you send
Please check the spellings, names, numbers and dates in your design and instructions before you order — we print them as you gave them and do not correct them unless you ask us to. The sharper the file, the better the print: a small or blurred image prints small or blurred, and if a file looks too poor to print well we tell you before printing.
07Colours, sizes and materials
Printed colours can look slightly different from your screen, because a screen lights colours up while ink on fabric, ceramic, metal or plastic takes them differently. The position and size of a print can vary a little from piece to piece. Sizes are listed on each item — please check the size before you order, because a printed item cannot be swapped for another size.
08Ready products
Photos show each product as closely as we can, and colours can vary slightly from screen to screen. An item is reserved for you once your order is confirmed.
09Prices and charges
The price shown for an item is the price you pay for it. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order, or confirmed by our team before your order is sent. Prices can change, but never on an order after its price has been confirmed to you.
10Payment
Ready products are paid in cash on delivery. A customised order is placed without paying anything up front: our team confirms the price first, and you then pay on delivery or as our team tells you when they confirm it.
11Bulk orders
For teams, schools, offices, events and shops: set the quantity on the item and write the sizes and names in the special instructions, or call or WhatsApp us on +91 91984 53644 first. Our team confirms the price for the whole order before printing.
12Cancelling
A customised order can be cancelled until printing starts — yourself in My Orders while it is waiting for confirmation, and after that by messaging us straight away. Once your design is being printed the item is made for you alone and the order can no longer be cancelled. A ready product can be cancelled until it is sent. 13Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything ordered from a signed-in account is treated as ordered by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access and we will sign every device out.
14Our content, your designs
The photographs, names and wording on this website and in the app are ours — please do not copy them onto another shop or listing. Your designs remain yours: we use them only to make your order.
15What we are responsible for
Delivering what you ordered, printed as agreed, and putting it right when we get it wrong — as described in our Refund & Return Policy. We are not responsible for a print that faithfully follows a file or instruction you gave us, or for delays caused by things outside our control, such as courier delays, weather or a wrong address.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a disagreement cannot be settled by talking to us, it will be decided by the courts that have jurisdiction over the shop under Indian law.
