02What we collect
Only what an order needs: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, and the orders you place with us. If you create an account we keep those so you do not retype them. If you sign in with a one-time code we send it to your email or WhatsApp; the code itself is never stored in readable form.
03Your designs and photos
The logos, photos, artwork and PDFs you upload for a customised order, and the instructions you write with it, are used only to check, price and print that order — and to reprint it if something goes wrong.
- They are stored privately on our own server, never on a public page, and only you and our team can open them.
- A link to a design in an email to our team is signed, so it cannot be guessed or opened by anyone else.
- We do not use your designs for anything else, we do not show them to other customers, and we do not share them with anyone.
- Ask us and we delete them. They are also deleted when you delete your account.
04Your location (optional)
In the app you can let us use your phone's location — only while the app is open — to fill in your delivery address. You can always type an address instead. We never track you in the background, and the location saved with an address is only used to deliver to it.
05Your profile photo
If you choose a profile picture (from your camera or gallery) it is stored on our server with your account and deleted with it.
06Notifications
The app registers a notification token with us (through Google Firebase) so we can tell you about your order — including when the price of a customised order is confirmed — reply to your chats and ring for a call. You can switch notifications off in your phone's settings.
07Chats and calls
When you chat with us in the app or on this website we keep the conversation, so whoever answers can see what was already said. For voice or video calls with the shop we keep a record that the call happened — when and for how long. Calls are not recorded.
08Balaji Prints AI, our assistant
Messages you send to Balaji Prints AI are answered by an AI service working on our behalf, using our own list of items. The conversation is kept with your account so our team can read it and take over, and it is deleted with your account. The assistant never sees your design files. Please do not share payment details or passwords in any chat.
09Crash reports
If the app hits an error it sends us the error message, the screen it happened on, the app version and the phone's operating system, so we can fix it. These reports do not contain your name or contact details. The app has no advertising and does not use an advertising ID.
10What we never see
Your card number, UPI PIN or bank password. If you pay online, the payment runs on our payment gateway's own secure page — what you type goes to them, not to us. We are told whether the payment succeeded and its reference, and nothing else.
11Why we hold it
To check, price, print and deliver your order, to send you order updates, to answer your questions, to keep the accounts and tax records the law requires, and to keep the website and the app working and safe.
12Offers, and how to stop them
We only email offers to people who agreed to hear from us. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. If we message you about offers on WhatsApp and you would rather we did not, tell us and we will stop. Order updates keep coming, because you need those.
13Who else sees it
Only the services that make an order happen: the payment gateway (when you pay online), the email and WhatsApp services that send your codes and updates, Google Firebase for app notifications and crash reports, the hosting that runs this website, the courier or delivery person who brings your parcel (your name, number and address only), and the AI service that drafts Balaji Prints AI's replies. Your design files go to none of them. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anybody else's advertising.
14How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Design files stay with your order so it can be checked or reprinted, until you ask us to delete them or you delete your account. Everything else — your account, saved addresses, photo, chats and call records — is deleted when you delete your account or ask us to.
15Your rights
Write to bageshwarbalajiprints@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 91984 53644 and you can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, the deletion of your design files, or the deletion of your account and its data. We reply within a few working days and we do not ask you for a reason.
16Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete my account. On the web: bageshwarbalajiprints.com/delete-account/. Your account, saved addresses, wishlist, photo, design files, chats and call records are erased; order and invoice records are kept only as long as the law requires.
18Children
Accounts are meant for adults — a parent can order kids' wear for a child. If you believe a child has given us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
